Instrumental Music Lessons
At Macaulay School we offer individual tuition for violin, cello and guitar. Children have many opportunities to perform during our daily collective worships, at our end of term church services and as part of our string orchestra at public events.
All children learning an instrument throughout the school year will be given the opportunity to perform at our end of year school music concert.
Instruments can be loaned from the school for these lessons.
Music Exams
Pupils are encouraged to take ABRSM music exams as they progress with their chosen instruments.
Some of our recent music exam successes include Distinction and Merit awards.
