About Our School
Established in 1648, Macaulay School is a one-form entry Church of England School and Nursery nestled in the vibrant inner-city borough of Lambeth. We are ideally located near a beautiful common, a bustling high street, and historic sites such as Holy Trinity Church and Trinity Hospice.
Experience our welcoming and vibrant community first-hand, by booking a school tour with our Headteacher, Susan Eade.
As an inclusive school, we build strong relationships within our community and our goal is to nurture each child's individuality. In addition to maintaining high academic standards, we offer a variety of creative, sporting, and musical opportunities.
Our motto, I Know Who I Am, resonates throughout life at Macaulay, empowering children to explore their interests and discover their unique skills, abilities and talents.
The school joins with families, governors and the church to guide and equip pupils with the attitudes, skills and beliefs to participate thoughtfully in school and their wider communities.
